NJ, Philly Stalker Caught Stalking Again, Prosecutors Say A Philadelphia man with prior convictions for stalking is charged with the same crime in western Pennsylvania, according to prosecutors.  Shane P. Cassidy, 24, is accused of stalking a Unity Township woman and sending her threatening text messages, said the Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office.  The victim told authorities she received the messages from multiple phone numbers over a period of months, officials said. PA Man Charged With Murder After Toddler Found Foaming At Mouth: DA A 21-month-old child in Kennett Township died after being beaten by an adult man, prosecutors say.  Enrique Lopez-Gomez, 20, of West Grove, is charged with third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and related counts, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.  Authorities said they were called to a home on the 600 block of Cope Road around 11 p.m. Monday, June 24.  When they arrived, the child's mother brought him outside wrapped in a blanket and foaming from the mouth and nose, prosecutors said.
