Northampton County Man Among 2 Dead Fixing Tire On Route 78: Police Two Pennsylvania men were killed after being struck by a vehicle while fixing a tire on Route 78 in Somerset County, authorities said. At 5:25 p.m., a Toyota minivan with a flat tire was stopped on the right shoulder on Route 78 Westbound in Warren Township, Sgt. Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Man ID'd In Fatal Crash: Northampton County Coroner The 67-year-old man killed in a Northampton County crash Sunday, Oct. 20 has been identified, the county coroner said. Kevin L. Ward, of Easton, died in the two-vehicle crash that happened at the intersection of Freemansburg Avenue and 7th Street in Bethlehem Township, the Northampton County Coroner's Office said, according to 69 News.  Daily Voice reached out to the coroner's office for confirmation but hasn't heard back at the time of publication. Stefan Jr., 54, of Upper Merion, is charged with seven counts of wire fraud, according to the US Attorney's Office.  Between January 2018 and September of last year, Stefan accepted more than $1.5 million from customers who ordered memorials for loved ones, then failed to deliver the headstones they bought, authorities said. Wanted Man Stole Firearm From Poconos Gun Range: Police A man wanted by Easton police is now accused of stealing a handgun from a shooting range in Stroudsburg, according to authorities.  Lawrence J. Handlovic, 34, walked into Pocono Pistol at 85 North 1st Street on July 4, said police.  He rented a 9mm Glock handgun, used the indoor shooting range, then fled with the gun through an emergency exit, according to investigators.
