Video: Naked Man Lies In Road, Attacks Woman, Steals Car In Central PA, Police Say
A man accused of lying naked in the roadway before attacking a woman who stopped to help him — then stealing her car — was arrested after the violent encounter was partially captured on a neighbor’s security video, Swatara Township police announced on Thursday, Feb. 5.
Mubarak Amin, 28, of Carlisle, was charged after the incident near 32nd and Wayne streets in Swatara Township on Tuesday, Feb. 4, police said.
