A man who pulled a knife on someone and then barricaded himself inside a Lancaster home, triggering a standoff, waived his preliminary hearing, authorities announced on Tuesday, July 22.
Harry James Thomas Jr., 41, is charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor terroristic threats, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and misdemeanor evading arrest, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
