A fourth infant has been discovered dead inside a Pennsylvania home, where three others were previously found, after a landlord began cleaning the property following an eviction, according to new court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Sept. 18.

A Lebanon man shot a neighbor, set his apartment on fire, and killed himself before an eviction on Friday, April 11, police and prosecutors said.
Duane A. Ulmer, 62, opened fire around 4 a.m. in the 500 block of South 9th Street, Lebanon City police announced. Officers found a 55-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds outside an apartment building at 544 S. 9th Street. He was rushed to a local hospital, but despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the Hershey Medical Center, police said.

A Pennsylvania state constable was threatened with a gun during a court-ordered eviction, and the suspect was later found with a large kitchen knife, police said Thursday, Jan. 2.
Kenneth E. Austin, 64, allegedly pointed a handgun at the constable during the incident at his apartment on West Edwin Street on Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, according to police.
