The footage shared by Transparency Bodycam shows the March 8 arrest of Bryashia "Bry" Atchison-Henderson. According to online records and Daily Voice sources, Atchison-Henderson is an assistant prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. Bronx Boat Explosion: DWI Captain Charged In Fire That Sent 22 Into Long Island Sound, Cops Say A 33-year-old Bronx, NY man has been charged with DWI in a boat explosion that forced 22 people into the water and 23 to the hospital on Saturday, June 7, officials said. Just before 9 p.m., police got a call reporting a boat fire in the Long Island Sound near Hart Island, a DCPI spokesperson said.
