Convict Wanted For Assault Turned Robbery: Oxford Police A convict with a lengthy criminal record was seen assaulting then robbing a woman is wanted by Oxford Police, according to a release on Tuesday, Oct. 1.  Terence Kenneth Henderson, 26, a Middletown, Delaware native most recently of Oxford, was seen by officers forcefully restraining a woman inside a parked vehicle in the 200 block of North Fourth Street at 8:27 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1, police said.
