Felon Who Sold Drugs, Guns In Bucks County Sentenced: DA A Philadelphia felon was sentenced to up to a dozen years in prison on drug dealing and gun possession charges, authorities said. Ishmael Colon, 35, was sentenced on Tuesday, Aug. 27, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.  He appeared before Common Pleas Judge Wallace H.
