The company that owns a Delaware County health care network is being sued after its mismanagement resulted in cut services and closures of facilities, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office announced on Tuesday, Oct. 29. A Delaware County police department with a severe staffing shortage will soon receive help from state police troopers, the Pennsylvania State Police said. Troopers will be providing overnight patrol and investigatory coverage for Collingdale Borough beginning Thursday, Oct. 31, according to a news release.
