Second Victim In Fatal US Steel's Clairton Coke Works Explosion Identified The second person killed in Monday’s deadly explosion at the U.S. Steel Clairton Coke Works has been identified as 52-year-old Steven Menefee of Clairton, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office announced. Menefee was pronounced dead at the scene after being pulled from the rubble Monday evening, officials said.
