Police responded to a call about a vehicle being chased and shot at on Broad Street at about 2 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, an NBC10 News report states.  Instead, officers found that a vehicle had crashed into a SEPTA bus at the intersection of Broad and West Rockland streets, according to the NBC10 report.
