Dispute At Delco Bar Led To Deadly Shooting, Police Say Police are investigating an Upper Darby homicide.  Authorities said a 27-year-old was shot multiple times near Baltimore Avenue and Penn Boulevard in the early morning hours on Saturday, May 18. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died. Investigators believe the victim was involved in a dispute at a bar before the shooting.  East Lansdowne police and the Delaware County District Attorney's Office are investigating.
