A Florida man who violently raped a young girl for years in Lancaster County and threatened to kill her family if she spoke out will spend up to 80 years in Pennsylvania state prison, prosecutors announced.
Ricardo Vilorio-Hernandez, 56, of Tampa, was sentenced to 40 to 80 years in prison on Tuesday, Feb. 18, by Lancaster County Judge Thomas Sponaugle, who called his crimes “horrible” and said he “deserves a long sentence.” The judge also classified him as a sexually violent predator.

Carlos Navedo, 52, was sentenced to 35 to 70 years in a state correctional facility after being convicted in October of rape of a child, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors, prosecutors said.

A Berks County man who was charged for the execution-style murder of his estranged wife was sentenced to 25 to 50 years in prison, authorities said.
Ignacio Peralta-Agramonte, 50, of Leesport, will serve up to 50 years in prison after pleading guilty to Third-Degree Murder on Thursday, Oct. 10, according to the Berks County District Attorney's Office.
