Pennsylvania Police Chaplain George Searfoss Killed In Crash A police chaplain has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash on police announced on Friday, Sept. 13.  Pastor George Searfoss died "unexpectedly after being involved in a vehicle accident on September 11, 2024 in Chester County," the Upper Merion Police wrote in a release.
