The incident occurred around 5:51 a.m. on Germantown Pike, west of Walton Road, Plymouth Township Police said. Officers and EMS arrived to find the man in the eastbound lanes. Four Stabbed On SEPTA Bus In Montgomery County: Authorities (Updated) A verbal argument on a SEPTA bus on Thursday night, May 23 led to four people being cut with a knife, Upper Merion police said in a release.  It happened on a Route 99 bus near the Macy's at King of Prussia mall, according to investigators.  Authorities said three teen girls and an adult woman began arguing when one of them threw a drink at another.
