A child predator who was arrested in 2021 on child pornography charges was arrested a second time for preying on teen girls online, police said. Kevin Nguyen, 29, of Bensalem, was arrested again for messaging two teen girls online on Monday, Oct. 21, according to the Bensalem Police Department. Nguyen's arrest was announced on Wednesday, Oct. 30. The investigation began in June when officers received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, police said. An arrest warrant has been issued for a convicted sex offender who failed to register with Pennsylvania State Police, according to a release by the Erie County District Attorney's Office on Friday, Aug. 30. A 56-year-old Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to prison for sexual assault of a girl that began more than 20 years ago, officials said.
