At approximately 2:50 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13, West Whiteland Township Police Officers were investigating a violation of a Protection From Abuse (PFA) order in the 300 block of South Balderston Drive.  Officers observed a red Honda Accord being operated by a white male in the driveway of a residence.
