3 People Injured In Amish Horse-Buggy Crash: Lancaster County Dispatch Three people were injured in a crash involving a horse and buggy and a truck on Sunday night, Oct. 20, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The crash happened at the intersection of Nottingham Road and Little Britain Road in Little Britain Township around 7:40 p.m., according to LCWC. Three people from the horse and buggy were injured, but it was not clear if they were taken to a hospital. Pottstown Female Flagger ID'd After Fatal Strike At Lancaster Construction Site: Coroner The woman who died while working as a traffic flagger at a construction site early morning on Thursday, Oct. 10, has been identified by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office the following afternoon.  Linetta Wells, 56, of the 900 block of North Hanover Street in Pottstown was directing traffic when she was struck by a SUV at the intersection of Stone Mill and Plymouth roads in Manor Township around 7:38 a.m., according to Lancaster County Wide Communications and later named by First Deputy Coroner Casey Buckley. Lititz Man Wanted For 'Threat of Mass Violence' Killed Fleeing From Police The man who died in a crash after fleeing from the police has been identified by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office and as detailed in a release by the New Holland Police.  David Andrew Pacoe, 59, of Lititz, was driving dark colored Audi sedan at a high rate of speed when he slammed into a tractor-trailer at the intersection of North Railroad Avenue and Gristmill Road in Earl Township around 1:13 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, according to the releases.  Before that happened, at 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, officers with the New Holland Police Department …
