Glen "Jose" Leon Veliz, 38, of Reading, died at the scene of the crash near mile mark 82 on Interstate 81 South in East Hanover Township, Lebanon County at 5:16 p.m., on Saturday, Aug. 31, PSP Jonestown Trooper Jordan Seiler detailed in the release. Suspect On Loose After Wild Chase Starting In Dauphin County: PA State Police One suspect is still on the loose after a wild pursuit across two counties in Central Pennsylvania, according to a State Police release on Wednesday.  Two men were spotted trying to break into a vehicle at the Ciocca Honda dealership located at 8001 Allentown Boulevard, West Hanover Township, around 5:45 a.m. on June 5, troopers detailed.
