Drought Conditions Declared In 35 PA Counties: State Environmental Officials Drought conditions have been declared in 35 Pennsylvania counties as of Friday, Nov. 1, according to state environmental officials. Thirty-three of those counties are under a Drought Watch while two others are under a Drought Warning, the state's Department of Environmental Protection said in a news release. Multiple PA Counties Investigating Suspected Fraudulent Voter Registrations: Officials Three Pennsylvania counties are investigating possible voter registration fraud, as mail-in ballots are rapidly coming in.  Approximately 2,500 voter registrations dropped off at the Lancaster County Board of Elections could be fraudulent, the county commissions and County District Attorney Heather Adams announced at a joint press conference on Friday, Oct. 25.
