A 20-year-old passenger was 16 weeks pregnant when her partner fell asleep at the wheel and fatally crashed on Saturday, Sept. 7, according to her social media and Pennsylvania State Police. A popular 23-year-old sprint car race is dead following a crash into a tree on Tuesday night, Sept. 3, the York County Coroner's Office announced. DUI Driver Charged In Crash In Berks County
A 37-year-old driver was charged with drunken driving after a crash in Berks County, authorities said on Wednesday, Aug. 14. On June 19, at 4:40 a.m., Spring Township Police received a call for a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Van Reen Road and Stevens Avenue, Spring Township police said. Thaddeus Keich, the operator of the striking vehicle, showed signs of impairment, police said. After an investigation, Keich was charged with DUI. Coroner Names Driver Killed In Williams Township Crash
A 25-year-old man died in a single-car crash on Thursday morning, June 6, authorities say. Rashon Christian-James Cooke of Philadelphia crashed at the corner of Berger and Diehl roads in Williams Township, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office. According to state police, Cooke was headed west on Diehl when his truck left the roadway, struck an embankment, and then hit a traffic sign before overturning. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
