Charles Avedis Hutton, 24, a Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) competitor, was seen running through the parking lot of the Sheetz at 1508 Cedar Cliff Drive, Camp Hill, on Sunday, March 3, waving the massive blade and yelling, according to Lower Allen Township Police. Jeffery Donnelly, 49, of Lititz, was driving a 2012 Subaru WRX when he struck the buggy from behind at West Orange Street and Pfautz Avenue in Warwick Township, around 6:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.
