Maryland Shooter Charged With Murder Of Pennsylvania Man In Hagerstown, Police Say A wanted suspect from Maryland turned himself in to police and now faces multiple murder charges in connection to the fatal shooting of a 45-year-old Pennsylvania man, police say. Brian Anthony Stuart, 24, is accused of killing Waynesboro resident Tyrone Earl Nelson in Hagerstown after reportedly getting into a dispute that turned deadly.
