Suicidal Driver Charged With Homicide For Striking Pedestrian Into PA Toy Store: Affidavit A driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle after a high-speed crash killed a man in a wheelchair, Harrisburg police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12.  Ricardo Alfredo Contreras-Cordero was driving north on 2nd Street when his vehicle left the roadway, crashing into multiple buildings and striking a pedestrian on the west sidewalk.  The collision occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, in the 300 block of North Second Street.
