11-Year-Old Boy Steals, Crashes Grandparents Car In Pittsburgh: Authorities An 11-year-old boy stole his grandparents car and crashed it into a pole in Pittsburgh’s Windgap neighborhood early Thursday morning, authorities say. Pittsburgh police were called to the report of a vehicle that had hit a pole at the intersection of Broadhead Fording Road and Windgap Avenue just before 3 a.m., according to Pittsburgh Public Safety. The 11-year-old was not hurt in the crash, according to the police.  The boy’s family members were at the scene, and he is now in their care, public safety officials say.
