A Central Pennsylvania landlord broke into a tenant's home and minutes after police cleared the scene he returned to set the home on fire, authorities explained in a release on Sunday, March 24. Ronald Frisbee III, 28 of Akron Borough, broke into the home he rents out at 312 S 10th Street around 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, according to the West Earl Township Police Department. A central Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with sharing child pornography using his Yahoo email account, according to police. The West Earl Township Police Department, with the assistance of the Lancaster County Computer Crimes Task Force, executed a search warrant in the 30 block of East Main Street in Brownstown, as part of an investigation into the possession and distribution of child pornography on Sept. 9, police said in a statement. Police in Lancaster County are searching for a West Earl Township woman who has been missing since June 18. Monica Butcher, 62, has been reported missing just days before her June 25 birthday. She was last seen on the Lancaster Bus station located at 225 N. A 57-year-old woman has been reported missing according to police in West Earl Township. Police are attempting to locate Nancy Joy Eckel of West Earl Township. She is described as a white female, 5’05”, 180 pounds, grey hair, hazel eyes who was last seen wearing a flowered dress--the same as shown in the picture, light colored moccasins.and her hair was pulled up in bobby pins.
