Single Dad ID'd Following Deadly Shooting Outside His Home In York: Coroner A 28-year-old dad was shot dead outside his home in  York on Saturday, Sept. 24, authorities say.  Akwame J. Anderson, of the 400 block of Wallace Street, was shot in that block at 12:43 a.m., police say.  He was taken to WellSpan York Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 12:59 a.m., according to an updated release by the York County coroner's office.  The death was certified and an investigation was launched by Deputy coroner Onalee Gilbert.
