Kimberly Sullivan, 56, of Waterbury, was arrested on Wednesday, March 12, and charged with multiple felonies, including first-degree assault, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree unlawful restraint, cruelty to persons, and first-degree reckless endangerment, police said.

48-year-old Eduardo Montalvo was arrested on Dec. 2 at 10:19 a.m., Harrisburg police announced on Monday, Dec. 5.

Nicole Gill-Schlegel, 46, of Elizabethtown had been missing since Aug. 31 and police asked the public for assistance locating her on Sept 8, as Daily Voice Reported at the time.
