Autobody Shop Finds Body In Trunk Of Nissan, Philadelphia Police Say
Mechanics at a Philadelphia autobody shop made an unusual discovery in the trunk of a Nissan on Friday afternoon police announced that evening. The "partially decomposed body" of a Black man in his mid-30s was found in the trunk of a silver Nissan Maxim at an autobody shop in the 2300 block of South 63rd Street around 1:17 p.m. on Jan, 26, police detailed in the release. A dead body found in a home on US 222 in Lancaster has led to a "suspicious death" investigation authorities say. The unidentified body was found during a welfare check in the 900 block of North Lime Stree/US 222 in Lancaster on Monday, Dec. 12, around 8:30 a.m., according to a release by area police. Plumbing Issue Unearths Decomposed Body Under PA Mobile Home: State Police
While fixing a plumbing problem, residents find a decomposed body under their mobile home, Pennsylvania state police say. Ohioville police were called to the in the 400 block of Midland Road but requested state police to help secure the scene around noon on Thursday, Mar. 17, according to a release by state police. The body was “in an extreme state of decomposition,” state police say. The identity of the body and the manner of death is yet to be determined as an investigation is ongoing. Visitor Finds Body In Neshaminy State Park
Authorities are working to identify the woman's body found Saturday in Neshaminy State Park by a visitor, authorities said. The body was described as a black woman between 40 and 50 years old, with the name "Lisa" tattooed in scripts on her upper right arm, Pennysylvania State Police said. PA State Police Seek Help ID'ing Body Pulled From Delaware River
Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the public's help identifying a body found in the Delaware River last week. Troopers responded to the area of 1840 Trails End in Bridgeton Township (Bucks County) around 12:50 p.m. on Aug. 25 on a report of a body wedged against a dock anchored in the Delaware River, authorities said. The body was recovered at the scene by the Upper Black Eddy Fire Department and is estimated to have been in the water for one to two weeks, PA State Police said. Coroner Identifies Woman Found In Susquehanna River
A woman's body was found in the Susquehanna River in York County on Monday, say police. Ashley Taylor, 32 of Newport, was found at the York Haven Hydro Station Plant around 9:43 a.m. Officials at the plant discovered her body and contacted police. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police or the Lancaster County Coroner's office with information.
