York PD Arrest 15-Year-Old For Shooting Death Of Tyree Smart,16 A 15-year-old boy has been arrested for the shooting death of Tyree Smart while police in York were investigating another shooting, according police. Alexis Cado-Suero, 15 of York, was arrested on Saturday following a pursuit starting at South West and West King streets where police were investigating a report of shots fired, say police. Warrant Issued For Boy, 15, Accused Of Fatally Shooting Tyree Smart The York City Police Department have issued a warrant for a 15-year-old who they say fatally shot Tyree Smart on March 27. Police announced they have obtained an arrest warrant for Alexis Cado-Suero, 15, of York, on Friday. He is wanted on charges of criminal homicide in connection with the shooting death of Tyree Smart, 16, also of York. Boy, 16, Dead In Weekend York Shooting A 16-year-old boy was found dead by police at the scene of shooting in York on Saturday. The shooting happened at 2:53 p.m. in the 300 block of West Newton Avenue. Life-saving measures were taken but the victim -- Tyree Smart, of York City -- died at the scene from his injuries, according to police. An autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday at 8 a.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing, anyone with information is asked to contact police at 717-846-1234 or by email at abaez@yorkcity.org.
