Suicidal Driver Charged With Homicide For Striking Pedestrian Into PA Toy Store: Affidavit A driver has been charged with homicide by vehicle after a high-speed crash killed a man in a wheelchair, Harrisburg police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12.  Ricardo Alfredo Contreras-Cordero was driving north on 2nd Street when his vehicle left the roadway, crashing into multiple buildings and striking a pedestrian on the west sidewalk.  The collision occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, in the 300 block of North Second Street. Wheelchair Bound Man ID'd After Fatal Central PA Toy Store Strike: Coroner The man struck dead by a vehicle outside a toy store has been identified, Dauphin County officials told Daily Voice on Monday, Oct. 7. Eusebio Forestier, 68, of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter when he was struck by a vehicle, the officials told us citing the Dauphin County Coroner's Office. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning, Oct. 8. The fatal crash happened in the 300 block of North Second Street in Harrisburg around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, police detailed in the release. Duo Dies Following Central Pennsylvania Crash: Police Two people have died following a head-on collision in central Pennsylvania, authorities say.  Washington Collier, 67, of Harrisburg, died at the scene of the two-vehicle crash at 10 p.m. on Friday, August 26,  according to the Dauphin County coroner's office.  Ceferina A. Camones-Cacemiro, 87, of Harrisburg, was taken to a local hospital where she died two days later on Sunday, August 28, according to the coroner's office.
