Multi-Vehicle Crash Partially Closes I-81 In Central PA: PennDOT (Developing) A multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer has led to lane restriction on Interstate 81, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice on Friday, Aug. 9.  The crash happened on I-81 South in the center and right lane at mm 58.3 around 4:40 p.m., according to Schreffler.  The lane restriction is at Exit 59: Route 581 East to Route 11: Camp Hill, according to PennDOT's 511PA.
