Mount Joy Felon Going 120 MPH Hits Wendy's Fleeing State Police
A convicted felon fleeing from Pennsylvania State Police has been hospitalized after slamming into a Wendy's going 120 miles per hour, Trooper Megan Frazer explained in a release on Wednesday afternoon. Steven Ray Custer, 26, of Mount Joy, was riding a motorcycle on Fruitville Pike and Petersburg Road in Manheim Township at 12:01 a.m. on Jan. 9, when PSP Lancaster Troopers attempted a traffic stop for "traffic violations," as stated in the release.
