Lebanon Man's Dash Cam Shows Him Slash Driver In 'Road Rage Incident' Police Say A Lebanon convict appears to have called the police on himself following a "road rage incident," police explained in a release on Sept. 21. Robert J. Marinkov told the police that another man pulled him "out of his truck and began kicking and fighting," around 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 30, Manheim Township police said.
