A man having a "medical issue" in the rafters of a tobacco barn on an Amish farm was rescued on Friday morning, Aug. 16, authorities said. Firefighters were called to the farm rescue in the 1700 block of Georgetown Road in Bart Township at 8:52 a.m. on Friday, according to a release by the Quarryville Fire Company and Lancaster County Wide Communications. The man who drowned in Swatara Creek on Saturday has been identified as Stephen "Steve" Matrese Sr., 58, of Marysville and Harrisburg.
