A 61-year-old man who cannot speak is missing after walking away from an Easton assisted living facility, police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Dale Riggleman, a resident of The Gardens at Easton, was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt and gray sweatpants, according to the Easton Police Department. "I will end your life," a 31-year-old said when he hopped on a school bus with children on board the Millersville police announced on Wednesday, May 15. A teen bicyclist died after being hit by a SEPTA bus in South Philadelphia on Thursday, Feb. 16, authorities said. At around 7:35 p.m., two "juveniles" were standing in the middle of Penrose Avenue near Hartranft Street when one of them spotted an incoming SEPTA bus, Philadelphia police said. A Philadelphia man was arrested for raping a woman on a commuter train as other passengers did nothing, authorities said. Surveillance footage caught Fiston Ngoy, 35, was caught assaulting the woman on a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) train toward Upper Darby Wednesday night, local police said.
