A family counselor is accused of secretly placing spy cameras disguised as charging blocks to record women using the bathroom at his Quakertown office, authorities announced on Thursday, March 6. Jonathan Elliot Moyer, 54, of Alburtis, was arrested after investigators uncovered video evidence of him setting up the covert devices, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Lititz Man Who Secretly Recorded Women At Fashion Cents In Ephrata ID'd: Police
A Lititz man accused of secretly recording women in the dressing rooms of an Ephrata consignment store has been identified, police announced on Wednesday, Feb. 12. Justin Tyler Stauffer, 19, was arrested after investigators discovered he recorded multiple illicit videos of at least twelve victims without their knowledge or consent at Fashion Cents Consignment, 240 N Reading Rd, according to the Ephrata Police Department.
