"Toxic mushrooms" sent 11 Amish family members – including a 1-year-old – to a hospital on Friday night, Oct. 11, officials say. First responders were called to the home in the 200 block of Burke Road in Peach Bottom Township around 9:37 p.m. when a family member went to a payphone a half-mile away and called 911, Delta-Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company Lieutenant Gregory Fantom explained to the press. 'Multiple Firearms Stolen' From Unlocked Vehicles, PA State Police Say
Two people are wanted by Pennsylvania State Police after multiple firearms were taken from unlocked vehicles in Central Pennsylvania. The thieves entered the unlocked cars in the 200 block of Misty Hill Drive, Peach Bottom Township, from 4 until 4:45 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2023, Pennsylvania State Police detailed in a release. A 25-year-old motorcyclist has died in a crash on Monday, May 22, 2023, the York County Coroner's Office announced the following day. York County Man Threw Dead Rat, Chicken On Neighbor's Porch, Say State Police
A York County man has been charged after throwing dead animals onto a neighbor's property, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Terry Miller, 61 of Peach Bottom Township was caught on camera picking up a dead rat and throwing it onto his 66-year-old neighbor's porch on Sunday, say state police. This comes about one year after Miller threw a dead chicken on the same neighbor's porch in the 40 block of Water Street. The neighbors told police they have "ongoing issues." Miller was arrested and charged with harassment.
