The crash occurred just before 2 p.m. on Dec. 27 when traffic was stopped near the Trindle Road on-ramp. A PennDOT crew cab was struck in the collision, totaling the vehicle, according to PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler. A man has been arrested in connection with an over 130-mile-per-hour chase in Central Pennsylvania, State Police announced on Tuesday, March 26. Ryan Tyler Heisey, 22 of Mechanicsburg, was first spotted going at a high rate of speed on the Harrisburg Expressway/PA 581 West around midnight on Monday, March 25, Corporal Costello detailed in a release the following morning.
