Northampton County Couple Nabbed In Cocaine, Pot Distribution Scheme, Police Say A Northampton County man and woman are facing various drug charges after a search of their home turned up cocaine, pot and more, authorities said. The City of Bethlehem Police Department executed a search warrant Thursday at the Atlantic Street home of Daniel Ortiz and Shantika Briley, authorities said. The search turned up a “distributable amount” of cocaine and marijuana as well as paraphernalia and cash, police said.
