The crash happened in Newville at 3:02 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24, the police explained. Woman, 34, Killed Walking Along Garden State Parkway
A 34-year-old woman from Pennsylvania walking along the Garden State Parkway in Middlesex County, NJ, was struck and killed by a pickup truck, authorities said. Liliya Rosenblum was struck by the Chevrolet pickup at about 4:50 a.m. on Sunday, April 14, in the southbound left lane near milepost 130.2 in Woodbridge, New Jersey State Police said. Rosenblum, of Newville, Pennsylvania, was pronounced dead at the scene, State Police said. The crash remains under investigation.

A registered sex offender — who only abused children — secretly ran a carnival business in Pennsylvania and state police fear he may have new victims according to a release on Feb. 8. A Central Pennsylvania woman is accused of assaulting a State Police trooper, as first reported by WGAL News 8. Alyssa Marie Rhoades, 24, of Newville, assaulted the trooper on Alexander Spring Road in South Middleton Township, then taken to Cumberland County Prison, the outlet said.
