Husani A. Laviscount, 33, is wanted by police in Manheim Township for burglary and arson of the apartment structure in the 600 block of Wyncroft Lane on April 25 between 8-8:44 p.m. Laviscount, entered one of the apartments and intentionally set it on fire-- a fire which then spread to a total of five other occupied structures-- all with the purpose of destroying or damaging them, according to police. A couple was the first accused of using faking $100 bills to purchase groceries. They allegedly used $300 to make a purchase at the Giant located at 3301 Trindle Road in Camp Hill on May 20, according to area police. Manheim Township Police were dispatched to Route 30 East at Fruitville Pike for a two-vehicle crash, involving a dump truck around 7 a.m. on Wednesday, say police. The truck-- fully-loaded with stones-- partially rolled over onto a sedan. Both the truck driver and the driver of the sedan were trapped in their vehicles and had to be mechanically extricated. A 29-year-old woman from Mount Joy, was traveling eastbound on New Holland Pike by the intersection of Landis Valley Road when she veered into the oncoming lane, striking an on-coming vehicle head-on April 23 around 8 p.m., authorities said. The woman was taken to a hospital where she later died. The two occupants of the vehicle she struck were taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Warrants for the arrests of Joseph D. Perez-Bard, 3, of Nottingham (Chester County), and Neal S. Gibson, 31, of Castle, Delaware, were issued Wednesday night, Manheim police said. Both conspired to steal $3,194 of merchandise from a Fruitville Pike Target on two separate occasions in February, police said.
