Enraged Newville Man 'Waves Gun' At Tractor-Trailer Driver: Police
An argument in a central Pennsylvania roadway quickly escalated when a man pulled out a gun, police say. Gary Allen Horick Jr., 43, of Newville, got into a fight with tractor-trailer driver on Tuesday, August 16, according to a release by the police. Police were called to reports of him "waving a firearm around in the intersection of Main Street and High Street in Newville Borough," as stated in the release. Central PA Family's Friend Charged With Sexually Assaulting Daughter, Police Say
A central Pennsylvania family's friend has been charged in connection with sexually assaulting their daughter, according to police. Shippensburg Police Department received notification from Cumberland County Children and Youth Services that a 13-year-old girl had told the organization that she was sexually assaulted by a friend of the family, a release by police stated.
