Eusebio Forestier, 68, of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter when he was struck by a vehicle, the officials told us citing the Dauphin County Coroner's Office. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday morning, Oct. 8. The fatal crash happened in the 300 block of North Second Street in Harrisburg around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, police detailed in the release. The person was struck on 8th Street at the intersection with Chestnut Street at 7:15 a.m. on March 8, LCDES detailed.
