A man who escaped the back of a Philadelphia police car on Monday, May 13 has been arrested, US Marshals said in a release. Nafiysh Knox-Schenck was taken into custody on the 600 block of West Girard Avenue around noon on Wednesday, May 15, authorities said. A Philadelphia man has been charged with making a false incident report telling police that his former girlfriend was being held at gunpoint in Connecticut.
