Fatal 3-Vehicle Crash On PA Turnpike: Officials A fatal crash closed Interstate 76/ PA Turnpike for over five hours on Saturday, Sept. 14 officials confirmed to Daily Voice the following Monday. The deadly three-vehicle crash happened at mile marker 268.4 in Penn Township, Lancaster County around 11:30 a.m., officials detailed.
