Mass Shooting Suspect Who Killed 5 In Philly Racks Up Multiple Charges One suspect faces multiple charges in connection with the mass shooting that left five people dead in Southwest Philadelphia late on Monday, July 3.  Kimbrady Carriker, 40, is accused of murder, assault, reckless endangerment, and related firearm offenses, city police told Daily Voice.  The first shots rang out just before 8:30 p.m. Monday on the 1600 block of South 56th Street in Kingsessing, the department said.
