Security Officer Assaulted In Fourth Patient Attack At Hospital In PA, Police Say A security officer was hurt in the fourth assault incident at the same Central Pennsylvania hospital involving a patient.  Marie Annette Flemister, 58, of Steelton was arrested following an investigation into an assault at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, according to a release issued by East Pennsboro Police on June 7, 2023.  The police were called to the hospital and spoke with the injured security officer about the altercation around 3:50 p.m. on June 1, 2023, according to the release.  Flemister was identified as the woman who attacked the officer durin…

Officer Assaulted In Third Patient Attack At Hospital In PA, Police Say A police officer was hurt in the third assault incident at the same Central Pennsylvania hospital involving a patient.  Brian James Estright, 47, of Enola was arrested following a disturbance in the  600 block of North Enola Road at 7:42 p.m. on May 18, 2023, East Pennsboro Township police announced on June 7, 2023.  "Estright was intoxicated and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance," the police explained.  He "was taken to the ground" after he resisted arrest so an ambulance was called to the scene, according to the release. Second Patient Assault At Hospital In PA, Police Say For the second time in two days, police in Central Pennsylvania have announced an assault involving a patient at the same hospital.  John Vincent Thorson, 42, of Carlisle has been arrested for assaulting an employee at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital located at 503 North 21st Street, Camp Hill around 11:20 p.m. on May 27, 2023, according to the East Pennsboro Police  Thorson was a patient at the time and "the employee sustained injuries during the assault," the police said.  He was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated assault and held in the Cumberland County Priso…
