A Lancaster City man pleaded guilty and was sentenced for a shooting he committed as a 16-year-old, the District Attorney's Office announced on Tuesday, Feb. 13. A 16-year-old wanted for shooting a 15-year-old in Lancaster has turned himself in, police say. Jeffrey Moreau is accused of shooting the other teen near the intersection of South Queen and East Andrew streets shortly after 4 p.m. on April 26, according to the original release by the Lancaster Bureau of police. Police are looking for a teenage gunman accused of shooting a 15-year-old resident in Lancaster last month. Jeffrey Moreau, 16, is wanted on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a minor, and other related offenses in the April 26 shooting, Lancaster police said.
