A fire broke out in the electrical room of the loading dock at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland on Thursday night, Dec. 26, prompting a massive emergency response and the evacuation of multiple hospital units, according to authorities. Emergency crews were dispatched shortly after 8:40 p.m. when smoke was detected in the loading dock along Upland Avenue.
